Contemporary half polished black calf binding with marbled boards, gilt letering to spine. Binding and joint strong, with some general wear and rubbing, slightly chipped to head of spine, wear to front joint, but joint remains strong, corners a little worn and bumped. Original marbled endpapers, paper worn to front hinge, but cosmetic only and hinge remains strong. Contents good and tight, some reading wear and finger marks, a little foxing, paper toned.
