Red cloth covers exhibit light bumping on spine ends. Light soiling to front cover. One bump on front edge of front cover. Page ends and text are slightly yellowed due to age. Otherwise clean and unmarked. Hinges are tight. Howe was a member of the Ohio Senate, Commissioner of Immigration of the Port of New York City and published author. He was also the founder of the League of Small and Subject Nationalities. All of our books are individually inspected and described. Never ex-lib unless explicitly described as such.
