As a professional and a parent, Susannah understands the challenges families face. Her motivation for writing CONNECT First grew from years of listening to parents’ stories, witnessing the power of everyday routines, and experiencing firsthand the difference that small shifts in perspective and practice can make. She has presented both nationally and internationally on parent partnership and functional intervention, sharing practical, connection-first strategies that make a lasting difference.
