About this Item

Description:

[24]pp. Dbd. Modern tape around spine. Some tanning and soiling, heavier to titlepage. Norwich Free Academy library shelf-mark tag tipped on p.[2]. A good copy. Untrimmed. A scarce late colonial Connecticut almanac by Edmund Freebetter, which has also been attributed to Clark Elliott and to Nathan Daboll. Almanacs attributed on the titlepage to Freebetter were published in New London between 1772 and 1792, but NAIP only records this 1772 almanac as actually compiled by Freebetter.
