Marbled paper-covered boards with cover label, paper-covered board slipcase with spine label and chemise, 4to., 78, (2) pages, wood engraved frontispiece and press-marks by Leonard Baskin. One of 1,100 numbered copies printed by Harold McGrath at the Gehenna Press on Fabriano paper. The facsimiles were made by Meriden Gravure. Laid in are the four-page prospectus, a single sheet proof copy of four pages of the book, including the frontispiece engraving, and the original invoice. Wear to the extremities, else a near fine copy in a mildly soiled chemise and a slipcase with one water stain.
