Item description from seller

432p. A hardcover book bound in full brown leather. FAIR condition. Covers are cracking off, still weakly attached but requiring gentle handling. Spine chipped on and around the spine label, and at the bottom as well. Scribbles and doodling on endpapers and a few inner pages. All pages foxed and heavily dampstained, but text still easily readable. Light edgewear to front endpapers and to page 17-18, not affecting the text. Pages securely bound, despite external damage. An interesting cookbook and manual of household hints from 1833.
