Item description from seller

Very Good condition, hardcover with dust jacket. The dust jacket shows some wear and minor soiling with light scuffing, and the cover underneath shows light wear. Pages are clean with an off-white/cream tone consistent with age, and we did not find any writing or highlighting. Binding is intact and solid, with no ex-library marks. A well-kept vintage first edition of a foundational construction management text.

Every book has a story — but it only means something when a child lives it. Why Papa Duck? I was "Uncle Duck" to my nieces and nephews for years — duck pictures fill my office, Mallards are my favorite. When my grandson arrived last year, the family asked what he'd call me. There was only one answer. CPA by training, teacher by calling, homeschool dad by experience, Papa Duck by love.…
