About the Author

Soon Ang is the Goh Tjoei Kok Chair Professor in International Management & IT at the Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Joo-Seng Tan is Associate Professor of Management at Nanyang Technological University's Nanyang Business School.
