La autora: Silvia Berger es profesora de espa�ol en Smith College, Northampton, Massachusetts. Obtuvo su doctorado en Literaturas Hisp�nicas de la Universidad de Massachusetts, Amherst. Adem�s de haber publicado en revistas literarias especializadas, ha contribuido con un cap�tulo en Alberto Gerchunoff: jud�o y argentino (2000) y traducido varios libros al espa�ol para la editorial educativa Educational News Service.
