Page 84 has colour illus of Pie Filling, Creme Brulee, and Tapioca Dessert. Page 87 has colour illus of Vanilla, Imitation Maple, and Essence of Lemon. The recipes printed here in double columns per page make reference to Familex pepper, mustard, and other spices. As well there are small colour illus to some of the chapter headings.
