About this Item

The First Edition Library's facsimile of Wouk's 1951 classic novel of World War II. The book has very faint foxing at edges of text block, otherwise as new. The dust jacket has a very faint hint of wear at edges and rear panel, still fine. In a slipcase that is bright and clean in front but has visible foxing to rear, minor soiling to edge. Photos are the best description. The First Edition Library published exact facsimiles of desirable first editions, down to the smallest details- cloth, paper, binding, and first edition points were identical to the originals. The First Edition Library's information card with information about the book, the author, and its publication is important to collectors, and this book has it. The First Edition Library series is now out of print and these facsimiles are collectible in their own right.
