Edwin Estes Jr. received his BA from the USC and a Juris Doctorate from the Pepperdine University School of Law. A real estate licensee since 1976, he received his California broker’s license in 1984 and became a member of the California State Bar since 1983. Estes teaches Graduate REALTOR Institute classes for the California Association of REALTORS and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Graduate REALTORS Institute, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Accredited Buyer Representative Manager (ABRM), e-PRO, and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and serves as the Real Estate Program Coordinator for Mt. San Antonio College.
Robert (Bob) L. Herd. Over the course of his 49-year career, Bob has been a salesperson, broker owner, branch manager, and regional manager for some of the largest real estate companies in the San Francisco Bay area. In 1974, he was awarded the coveted “Top Salesperson” award and opened his own highly successful company while remaining active in sales.
