The Call to Adventure (Paperback)

The Call to Adventure

When Maya Ramasawmy inherits her grandfather's strange sapphire compass, she expects nothing more than a relic from a bygone era. Instead, the compass awakens-glowing, humming, and pointing her toward forgotten corners of Mauritius where the island's buried history refuses to sleep. Pursued by a ruthless treasure hunter and guided only by journal fragments, Maya and her reluctant ally Ravi uncover a network of emotional energy woven through the land itself.
Each step brings them closer to a secret the island has protected for centuries-one powerful enough to change everything.
