That Which They Call Restlessness: Generalized Anxiety Disorder

This book explores GAD and its complexities through the story of Yaya. While it may seem like a story aimed at children and pre-teens, it is really a primer as a constant reminder of a disorder that affects people of all ages.

This book presents a dual approach: on the left side, clinical views are explored, supported by consultation of secondary sources and guidance from professional psychiatrists. On the right side, a fictional but palpable story unfolds, reflecting situations that resonate with numerous people coping with GAD. Yaya, our protagonist, becomes the reflection of the process, showing that anxiety does not discriminate by age or gender.

"That Which They Call Restlessness: Generalized Anxiety Disorder" is a journey toward understanding, a bridge between fiction and reality, intended for all those who seek to understand, support and overcome GAD.
