"Called" is on the cutting edge of Christian leadership principles in this postmodern society. It seeks to abolish antiquated notions of leadership, while seeking to elucidate the differences between transactional and transformational leadership.

Each chapter is a dynamic juxta-positioning of Scripture, pregnant with dynamic principles that gently urge the reader to spiritually and professionally prepare for the most important ministry on earth- the ministry of shepherding AND/ OR leading God's flock!

Every chapter ends with a concise summary, provocative study questions and a poetic summary.

"Called" is a must have in your library . It is a must read for ALL leaders in every facet of the gospel ministry!!!
