Camp Kits and Camp Life - First Hardcover Edition, Signed with Lenghy Inscription: "For G.W.R Harriman A man with the right wing. With the compliments of C.S.H." in period flowing ink pen. A great all-around early guide to outdoorsmanship, hunting and conservation (mostly) in the Northern Woods with chapters on; Camping, Hunting, Moose, Trout, Partridge, etc. 255 pages, photo illustrated. Harriman was a NYC businessman with ties to and frequent visitor of the White House and President Roosevelt. It is likely that they, and others, met to discuss Conservation Of Natural Resources in the US which was very important to President Roosevelt.
