Roy Cameron, on logging and forestry in Canada; Colonization in Quebec by E. M. Kindle; Roof of the World by B. G. Prices are in US funds, shipping/insurance extra, we ship world-wide & securely wrap and pack all books. There is no handling charge and shipping is at cost. We ship by post office, UPS, FedEx, etc. Payment by US check on US bank, US international money order, Paypal, credit card via a secure server (do not email cc details), or wire transfer to our bank. The shipping costs shown here by ABE are only for light books weighing under 1 kilogram or 2 pounds and do not reflect the actual cost. For heavier books or more valuable books requiring extra insurance, especially when shipped internationally, there may be an extra cost.
