Dr. Hermann F. Schwind is Professor Emeritus (Human Resource Management) at Saint Mary's University in Halifax. He received his Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia, BBA and MBA degrees from the University of Washington, and mechanical and industrial engineering degrees from German institutions.
Dr. Hari Das received his M.Sc. and Ph.D from the University of British Columbia. Currently, he is a Full Professor in the Department of Management teaching graduate and doctoral level courses in human resource management, performance management, international management, organizational change and research methodology.
Terry H. Wagar is a Professor of Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations at Saint Mary's University in Halifax. Dr. Wagar's degrees include an M.B.A. from the University of Toronto, a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen’s University, an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa Law School, and a Ph.D. in labour relations, human resource management and statistics / research methods from Virginia Tech.
