In the 19th century, Horace Mann called education a 'great equalizer' and I believe this to be true. John McLaughlin uses his years of experience and expertise to create a guide focused on providing tools and resources that can be used to remove funding barriers for families and increase access to post-secondary education. The guide is uniquely Canadian and provides an incredible resource to families and individuals.

Author John McLaughlin hails from Edmonton and spent a lifetime researching the content for this guide. After retiring from management consulting in 2018, he set out to consolidate this unique body of knowledge, for sharing with fellow Canadians. This guide contains many insights from his experience using 15 of the guide's 85 funding sources for the post-secondary education of three generations of his family.
