This sixth edition of this easy-to-use handbook features the efforts of 121 contributors from 60 different institutions. In this edition, several revisions have been made. For instance, the chronic leukemias chapter has been divided into two separate chapters, one on CML and one on CLL. To make this edition even easier to use than previous editions, the specifics of various chemotherapy regimens have been placed within each appropriate chapter, rather than grouping them in an appendix. Biological therapies also have been included in appropriate chapters, rather than as a separate chapter. This reorganization will save the reader time in accessing a particuar chemotherapy regimen or appropriate biological treatment.
