Synopsis

Cancer can be called as a disease of geometry. Tumor formation is initiated when cells stop obeying the normal patterning cures of the body and gradually appears to be normal inside our body. This property of tumor cells emphasizing the necessity of understanding about the canalized pathway of morphogenesis. The expression pattern of glucocorticoid under chronic stress one of the epigenetic factor suppresses the production of cytokines and chemokines like IL-6, IL-12, TNF-α, INF-ϒ, NPK-30 etc. and also the production of p-53 by down regulation of p-21, Bcl-2 etc.
