Unmarked, clean and tight, light age toning but without any stains, marks, etc. Dust jacket front cover 1/2" tear repaired in verso, back 1" tear repaired in verso, light discoloration along top edge and partial side edge and now under mylar wraps, looks quite good. "Together with the traditional text of Cape Cod there has been coupled here for the first time Thoreau's Journal account of his fourth and last visit in June, 1857, to 'the bare and bended arm of Massachusetts'.".
