James Cook.Some being from the private journals of those who served aboard either the Endeavour, Resolution or Adventure, 1768-80, relating matter withdrawn from the official accounts; others being critical of Cook's conduct towards the natives; while many are curious or pure fabrication. Most are here represented. In addition to Cook interest, many of the works herein mentioned form an interesting bibliography of Travels and Voyages into the Pacific Ocean, onwards from 1765."
