An excellent publication which over the years had numerous articles on Irish Literature, history, the struggle for independence, topography, theology, biography, art, culture, scenery & more. There were contributions by leading, clerics, politicians, scholars, artists spanning almost a half a century over which this superb publication was issued. There were only two editors each covering two different periods in the life of the publication. The distinctive cover was designed by Sean O'Sullivan R.H.A. & apart from the earliest issues it remained practically unchanged throughtout the years.
