About the Author: For more than a decade, Richard F. Heller, M.S., Ph.D. and Rachael F. Dr. Frederic J. Vagnini, M.D., F.A.C.S., is the medical director of The Cardiovascular Wellness Centers of New York. He has served as assistant clinical professor of surgery at Cornell University for more than twenty-five years. Dr. Vagnini is the author and coauthor of many research papers and articles on cardiovascular and heart disease, preventive medicine, and the role of nutrition in heart health and healing. He is the host of "The Heart Show" on WOR-AM in New York.
