About the Author

Principal author Jane Stephenson, RD, CDE is a registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator and nutrition consultant with expertise in cardiovascular disease, weight management and diabetes. She is currently a nutrition consultant and is the author of HealthChequesTM: A Self-Monitoring System, Diet-Free HealthChequesTM, and No-Fuss Diabetes Recipes for 1 or 2. Jane resides in Duxbury, Mass. with her husband and family.

Co-author, Bridgett Wagener, RD is also a registered dietitian and nutrition consultant. Bridgett specializes in child nutrition, hunger relief, and nutrition analysis, residing in Minneapolis.
