About the Author
Louis A. Busacca, PhD, received his doctorate in counseling and human development from Kent State University and holds licensure as a professional counselor in Ohio and as a National Certified Counselor. He is adjunct assistant professor of Counseling and Human Services at Old Dominion University and adjunct professor of Behavioral Sciences at Lakeland Community College.
Mark C. Rehfuss, PhD, received his doctorate in counseling and human development from Kent State University and holds licensure as a professional clinical counselor in Ohio and as a professional counselor in Virginia. He is currently professor and chair of the Department of Counseling and Human Services at Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia.
