About the Author

Louis A. Tyska, CPP, is a private consultant, expert witness, and current chairman of the National Cargo Security Council. He has written, taught, and lectured widely in the security and business community. Together with Mr. Fennelly he has co-authored several books, including Security in the Year 2000 and Beyond.

Lawrence J. Fennelly is a security consultant as well as a forensic consultant. He is the editor and author of numerous books on security issues. Among these many books is the widely read Handbook of Loss Prevention and Crime Prevention, which is currently in its third edition.
