These terms and conditions apply to all transactions (orders) between the company Mikhail Goldshtadt & A GmbH (hereinafter Company) and the buyers of its online store (hereinafter referred to as Client).

The relationship between the Company and the Client shall be governed solely in accordance with applicable German law and settled under the jurisdiction of German courts.
