Carson Dellosa | Math Interactive Notebook | 5th Grade, 96pgs

In Interactive Notebooks: Math for fifth grade, students will complete hands-on activities about expressions, patterns, decimals, fractions, volume, the coordinate plane, and more. The Interactive Notebooks series spans kindergarten to grade 5. Each 96-page book contains a guide for teachers who are new to interactive note taking, lesson plans and reproducibles for creating notebook pages on a variety of topics, and generic reproducibles for creating even more notebook pages. The books focus on grade-specific math or language arts skills and are aligned to current state standards.

Interactive notebooks are a fun new way to teach and reinforce effective note taking for students of all ages. Students are able to personalize learning to fit their own needs as they create fun, interactive notebook pages for each new math topic. Students will learn organization, color coding, summarizing, and other useful skills while creating portfolios of their individual learning that they will refer to all year. This book will guide you through setting up, creating, and maintaining interactive notebooks throughout the year. It is an invaluable resource for anyone who wants to begin using this effective tool for skill retention in the classroom.
