The Case of the Missing School Bell (The Lantern Ridge Mysteries)

The school bell is missing. Can the Lantern Kids ring in the answers?

It's Open House week at Lantern Ridge Elementary, and excitement is in the air. New classrooms, new teachers, fresh school supplies, and the promise of a brand-new year should make everything feel bright and full of possibility.

But when the historic school bell disappears before the first day of school, the excitement quickly turns into confusion.

Without the bell, how will Lantern Ridge welcome students back? Who would take something so important-and why?

Mallory, Tito, Jasmine, and Reynolds know this is no ordinary missing-object mystery. The bell has been part of Lantern Ridge for generations, ringing in first days, celebrations, and school traditions for over a century.

As the Lantern Kids follow clues through quiet hallways, old yearbooks, hidden rooms, and forgotten corners of the school, they uncover a secret tied to Lantern Ridge's past-and discover that some mysteries are not about what was stolen, but what someone was trying to protect.

With the first day of school quickly approaching, the Lantern Kids must solve the case before one of Lantern Ridge Elementary's oldest traditions is lost forever.

A fun and heartwarming chapter-book mystery for young readers, The Case of the Missing School Bell is Book Three in The Lantern Ridge Mysteries, a clean, kid-friendly series full of friendship, curiosity, clues, and small-town secrets.
