About the Author

Dominic Kearney was born and raised in Liverpool. He studied at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, after which he travelled throughout the Far East before returning to Britain to teach. He now lives in Derry with his wife and brother. A freelance journalist, Kearney writes for the Irish News, the Irish Times, and for Culture NI. He also appears regularly on BBC Radio Foyle and BBC Radio Ulster.
