Castle (Paperback or Softback)

Trapped in a dark dungeon in an ancient castle …with no way to escape!

Spencer and Justin, two young brothers, find themselves locked in the depths of a royal dungeon!

Ten-year-old Spencer and his little brother, Justin, are transported through the under-the-couch door to a kingdom in a faraway land.

While exploring, they run into a spoiled prince and his friends who can’t wait to hand them over to the guards to be punished. Spencer and Justin get in more trouble and have to face the wrath of an angry king and queen.

Now they find themselves locked in a cold, dark dungeon with no key in sight, and time is running out. They know they can only stay in the under-the-couch world for a limited time … or risk being trapped there forever.

The two brothers must work together and use their wits and courage to figure out an escape plan. But will they make it out in time to find their door home?

Castle is the ninth of twelve books in the fantasy series about Spencer and Justin’s exciting and dangerous adventures in the mysterious under-the-couch world … where the boys have fun and learn valuable lessons through their experiences. In this book, Justin learns why he struggles with reading: he is dyslexic. He learns that having this reading struggle doesn’t mean he isn’t smart. And he learns he is not alone – many creative and successful people in the world are or were dyslexic, including Albert Einstein!

Read the books in order, starting with book 1, Hide and Seek, and join Spencer and Justin on adventures to unravel the secrets of the mysterious under-the-couch world!
