[iv], 94; [ii], 17; [ix], 99, [1]; [iii], 53, [3]; [iii], 58 pp. (lacking frontispiece portrait), 4to (8.5 x 10.5 in), half dark-brown morocco, dark-brown cloth sides, gilt title on spine, leather title label, five raised bands; marbled endpapers, all edges marbled.
