BOMC edition in black cloth. Bright copy except for a few light spots on the back. Dust jacket (in mylar sleeve) is nicked at the spine tips and the corner tips. Salinger's photo appears on the back. This copy comes with a signed letter on Harold Ober Associates (HOA) letterhead. The gist of the letter consists of warnings about using Salinger's images. It is dated May 18th, 1993.
