Please find a nice copy of the 1951 edition of J.D. Salinger's novel: "A Catcher in the Rye". This small hard cover book was published by Little, Brown and Company of Boston and is marked, on the flap of the dust jacket:
"Book Club Edition". This was the Author's first novel.
Condition: This book is in very good condition. There is some edge wear to the dust jacket, particularly along the bottom edge. The hard covers might be seen as a bit dust-dulled but if so, just barely. Inside, a former owner has left her name on the front endpaper. Otherwise, the book is unmarked and the pages are clean and bright throughout, without toning or foxing. Both hinges are intact and the binding is tight and sound. This book is not ex-library or a remainder.
