ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Catherine DiNuzzo, MA is a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice and operates Sacred Heart Mental Wellness, a website with mental health information, resources, assessments, and videos for Catholics who want to live a mentally fit lifestyle.
