Condition listed as poor because of significant damage to binding (pages are attached to spine by rope/string/twine and this is detaching in some places). Cloth hardcover has significant color wear (especially at spine) and dog-earing of corners. Outer book block is yellowing but pages are relatively unaffected. Due to binding style, pages are creased near spine. No notes or highlighting visible. Book was published in 1916, for its age it is in surprising shape.
