As a kid, I wanted a cat but my mother was understandably against the idea. She knew that she would end up taking care of the cat. I pleaded and cried but my mother did not budge. So I never had a cat and lived perfectly happy without a pet until one day Masala was gifted to us.
Masali was a beauty and had a unique character that inspired us in many ways. At the age of two, she left the world leaving us with her three offsprings: Bali Masala; Garam Masala and Peanut Masala. The three of them will celebrate their first birthday soon- actually we will- cats don't really celebrate birthdays!
