About the Author

Malcolm Munro is President and Founder of ETP Consulting. He is an experienced trainer, facilitator, and OD practitioner who has worked with hundreds of managers in various levels and stages of development.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University. He is a licensed practitioner of the Apter Motivational Styles Profile, and is a qualified facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), and FIRO tm Element B. tm.

Malcolm has developed training and development programs at U.T. Medical Group, Inc. in Memphis, TN, Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, MD, and Contract Services Association of America in Arlington, VA.
