Glen E. Clarke, CCNA, MCSE, MCSD, CEH™, CHFI™, CISSO™, CompTIA Security+™, CompTIA PenTest+™, is a technical trainer and owner of DC Advanced Technology Training, an IT training company based in Atlantic Canada. He is the author of the CompTIA Security+ Certification Study Guide and the CompTIA Network+ Certification Study Guide from McGraw Hill, and has authored a number of For Dummies certification titles including the CompTIA PenTest+ Certification for Dummies.
Richard Deal, CCNA, CCNP®, CCDA®, CCDP®, is a networking professional and has been a certified Cisco instructor and Cisco certification test writer. He owns a consulting company, The Deal Group, which provides network consulting and training services nationwide.
Richard A. Deal operates his own company, The Deal Group Inc., recently relocated to Orlando, FL. He has almost 15 years experience in the computing and networking industry including networking, training, systems administration, and programming.
