About this Item

A very good copy, in a very good dust jacket, of the first US edition. The black cloth binding is clean and unworn with strong gilt lettering to the spine. Everything is square and tight, with uncracked hinges. Inside there are no ownership inscriptions or other markings of any kind, other than a contemporary bookplate to the front pastedown. The dust jacket is unclipped (price $1.50), and shows only two small losses to the top of the spine and front face. It is now protected in a removable mylar cover.
