17pp extract, printed in double columns, illustrated with 15 drawings including a number of portraits, and a floor-plan of the second floor of the new building, salvaged from a damaged issue of The Century Illustrated Monthly Magazine, Volume XLI, No. 4, February, 1891. Illustrations include various views within the club's headquarters, an outside view of the new building, and portraits of Gulian C. Verplanck, Daniel Huntington, Reverend Henry C. Potter, Henry E. Howland, J. Hampden Robb, and Walter Howe. Housed in protective mylar report cover.
