The Chávez Code: Cracking U.S. Intervention in Venezuela

The Chávez Code is a groundbreaking book containing a series of documents exposing the truth about events that have rocked Venezuelan public opinion over the past three years. The reader will find irrefutable evidence of the extent of U.S. intervention in Venezuela, in the April 2002 coup and other destablization attempts, and a warning about how the U.S. has tried to conceal its assassinations, terrorism and war against Venezuela.

Eva Golinger is a Venezuelan-American attorney specializing in international human rights and immigraiton law. In 2004, she obtained top-secret documents from the CIA, the State Department and other government entities, declassified under the Freedom of Information Act, demostrating the Bush Government's prior knowledge and complicity in the April 2002 coup d'etat against President Hugo Chávez of Venezuela. She has also brought to light the more than $20 million given by the U.S. Government to finance anti-Chávez groups in Venezuela.
