1st ed. xiii,227pp. Illus graphs, diagrams etc. A useful guide written by the man who at the time was Director-General of the Meteorological Office. Sellotape marks on the ffep & front paste o/w VG in a VG dw apart from a couple of closed tears & a small "v" shaped loss along the top front edge. There are also sellotape marks inside the dw.
