Challenging Barriers & Walking the Path

Challenging Barriers & Walking the Path is a lived experience memoir of a boy surviving brain injury only not being given that knowledge and therefore growing up instead trying to survive the unknown. Every individual experiences life differently, whether vast or slight. Physical appearances and emotional feelings may contrast as well. But one thing we share, to some degree, is that we’re all on a path. As much as this story is about one individual, it’s about much more. Mark hopes to engage readers enough to show that every unique story deserves to be met with an open mind. Join this young man on his journey and learn about some of the mishaps and triumphs over the obstacles that he’s had to face down, most with little choice. Join him as he asks the one question that remains, was the biggest hurdle not knowing why and living life in the dark, or learning about what he’d really gone through years earlier?
