Change: It Begins With You: Tips & Techniques To Transform Your Life

Over the course of the past several years I have studied many subjects regarding self improvement. These subjects range from "Paranormal Experiences", "Consciousness", the "Unconscious Mind", "Herbalism", "Hypnosis", "Metaphysics" and "Human Behavior", "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy" (C.B.T.), "Neuro-Linguistic Programming" (N.L.P.) to name a few. I have studied people, their experiences and how they react to those experiences.
I have to say that for the majority, people react based on their past experiences. Our unconscious mind plays a vital role in the way we perceive our environment, the world, and ourselves. Have you ever heard the saying that "We become what we surround ourselves with"? That is truth!
From the time we are born we are observing, listening, seeing, absorbing, learning, etc. It is these things that shape and mold us into who we become and once we understand how it all works we can make adjustments as needed.

In this book I touch on many topics about the subject of "Human Behavior" and how & why we do the things we do. I give you tools and techniques that are proven to work. I show you how you can change your mindset and progress towards who and what you want to become. The book is setup as a "workbook", not a "step-by-step" instructional manual. I want the reader to THINK and write thoughts and ideas that come to mind. The time has come that you take control of your life and this book will teach you how to do just that.

I do believe if you take the words in this book and allow them to trigger thoughts & ideas than you will surely see change and reformation in your life, all areas in your life, your perception, your relationships, your career, and yourself.
Don't wait any longer! Time stops for no one.

My Very Best To You,
Be Blessed
