About the Author

For over ten years, metaphysician and modern mystic Rev. Krista N. Mitchell has been providing spiritual counsel and energy therapy in her private practice, and crystal and Reiki workshops and certifications throughout North America.  She is known and trusted for her compassion, integrity, and wisdom, and for the high quality and success rate of her work. 
Krista is an interfaith Ordained Minister who has been on her own spiritual path and healing journey for over twenty years.  She has been certified as a Reiki Master-Teacher, Advanced Akashic Record Practitioner by Linda Howe, a Hypnotherapist and Past Life Reader by Doreen Virtue, and has trained in the Breakthrough Shadow Coaching Program at the Ford Institute for Transformational Training, founded by Debbie Ford.
