About the Author
Stacy Aaron is a partner at Change Guides LLC. She has more than 20 years of business and academic experience specializing in change management, marketing and organizational behavior. Stacy has provided change management consulting and training to many healthcare, service and manufacturing organizations. She has taught marketing at Miami University of Ohio and has taught management and organizational behavior at Wilmington College. Stacy earned her MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and currently lives in Cincinnati, Ohio. Kate Nelson is a partner at Change Guides LLC and the President of the Nelson Consulting Group. Kate has more than 20 years of business experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller organizations to manage change and improve organizational performance. Her clients have spanned the consumer products, life sciences and manufacturing industries. Kate earned a BS from the College of William and Mary, an MBA from the Fisher College of Business, and an MS from the School of Natural Resources at the Ohio State University. She currently lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with her husband and two children.
