Change Your Perspective, Change Your Life: Empowering Yourself Through Change

Even though change is a constant in life, humans frequently fight or dread it. Although change is necessary for our development and growth, we frequently struggle during the many stages of a shift.

Participants will be prompted to reflect on their own habits, resistances, and emotions as they progress through the transformation process through slides and reflection exercises. We will be better able to survive any change if we have a deeper understanding of our own emotions and hurdles during the process.

This Book will provide you some basic yet useful techniques and principles to effectively flourish during a transition, whether you need to manage change on a personal level or assist a team member, family member, friend, etc.
